Kimberly Davis, REALTOR®️️, GRI, SFR, SRES, CSA, Group Founder
Voted Nashville’s #2 Real Estate Agent by Nashville Scene’s “Best Of” Readers’ Poll 2016.
The first time I remember freshly-cut wood, it was around 1964 while playing in the sawdust at the original Gibson Guitar plant in Kalamazoo, Michigan, where my dad made guitars. The second time was around 1966 when my dad was building our home. I would love to sit and watch him cut the lumber. The smells and sounds made my heart sing!
I carried the love of building things into my business career. I built my career on the love of the legal arena, management of people and processes, as well as the creative aspect of sales. Having worked for Los Angeles and Nashville stellar law firms of Latham & Watkins and Bass Berry & Sims, respectively, as a Contracting Consultant for CIGNA Healthcare, with Michigan’s Consumers Energy, as well as in retail management early in my career, I developed skills that allowed me to excel in running my own real estate business and advocating as a shrewd negotiator for my clients.
While owning and renovating my home in Sylvan Park for 16 years, I sat as Vice President and Steering Committee Member of the Sylvan Park Neighborhood Association (SPNA), chaired the Sylvan Park Home Tours, was Editor of the Sylvan Park Newsletter (now SP Journal), co- chaired the annual NOAC (Night Out Against Crime), as well as the Releaf Nashville effort after the 1998 tornado, and made this trendy neighborhood my home base. I later purchased and renovated my Mid-Century Modern home in West Meade, and currently reside in my modern three-story townhome in Bellevue, which I also renovated top-to-bottom.
As a result of selling real estate all over Nashville since 1997, I am an expert on Music City properties. My career began at Village Real Estate under the mentorship of Nashville’s urban pioneer, Mark Deutschmann. It was my experience at Village, and later at Keller Williams as well as Avenue Real Estate, where I learned to become a “Realtor’s Realtor.” In 2021, I moved my license to Elena Cardone’s team at the global top tech company, eXp Realty, LLC, in order to deliver eXpansive vision to my business, as well as eXponential service to my clients.
Whether it be historic neighborhoods, urban infill and condo development, suburban or rural living, or modern construction, I have the experience and skills to help you accomplish your real estate dreams and goals.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re buying or selling! I have the people and systems to manage your real estate transactions. From step-by-step processes for Buyers, to unrivaled marketing for Sellers, I’ve developed all the tools necessary to make your move a smooth one!
When choosing an agent to represent your most precious commodity, I realize you have a choice. Thank you for making an informed decision and choosing Kimberly Davis to represent you. Contact me today, and let’s get started on your next real estate venture!
